Did you pull the trigger on anything? 

However, during the last walk through today we discovered more damages to the dry wall in the garage which was covered earlier by their furniture and wasn't caught by us or even the inspector and they haven't put this in the disclosure either.

Ranchers were interested too though I don’t know why because it takes about an acre of land to raise a cow in this dry desert area.

Right now I’m having trouble pulling the trigger on which neighborhoods to do so in.

Many of the firms have just raised new funds, so they have lots of dry powder which they'll focus on their existing companies first, to ensure they are healthy and well capitalized.

Some of the best advice I got on BP was to just pull the trigger once I found a deal - I as originally holding out to find a multi, but I just could not find it.

If you're dried in, I don't see weather being a big issue. :)   

I'd say do your research carefully then pull the trigger on which ever way you decide!

The one thing I have wanted to do for 20 years, but never pulled the trigger on has been personally investing in real estate.

If not I wouldn't mind setting up something it seems that the South Carolina thread has ran a little dry so anything I can do to possibly reach out to other new investors etc I wouldn't mind I just need some feedback as to what is going on in the area.
