I tried 2 separate banks that told me they would hold the paper, but neither wanted to lend and said it was the self-employment history that was the issue.Any ideas on how I could find financing for this?

You be the money guy, let them take the headaches on the Section 8 properties.You might consider the paper game, buying notes and flipping those for a profit, that's easy and quick and your returns can be easily doubled in a year.Speaking of paper, I shyed away from mobile homes, but financing them with park owners and finance the owner.You're in a good position to do several small deals in a partnership.

The only reason I ask is because I plan on partnering with the builders and possibly the investors, splitting the profits when the houses sell.In my mind, I have an idea of what needs to be done but getting it down on paper is a bit harder.
