Once done, are you basically out of the picture and the buyer then works with the property manager in place, or are you still in the background to help out if the buyer runs into some problems?

You really have an absolute perfect background to be an investor.

My background is 10 hers of experience as a Real Estate Broker in Puerto Rico where I currently have an active license.

I am doing the easy things myself while subbing out the more technical items:electrical main panel and raising the mast to coderoofHVACAnd last but not least we may be ahving to raise the roof of the master bath and replacing the sill plate due to moisture penetration (I will assist in this since I am good following directions...well most of the time really)Drywall cause who really likes that anyways?
