A few: Sort of the same with an agent. make contact, See the property, make offer, in writing, include contingencies (sale of your house, approval of all inspections, getting appropriate funding, etc) come to possible agreement on price, have all wanted inspections done (maybe including termite, septic field, sewage lines, etc) read and understand papers possibly from the title company (when I sold mine, I used paperwork provided by the title company).

Chris, If a multiple owner LLC is using a key principal's funds and financial strength for the acquisition of a multifamily asset, are you saying that remaining LLC owner's financials are not considered?

Her having a nice new kitchen (if she cooks at all) will make everything much more tolerable; for you both.Also, a 203k will require you to have bids from licensed contractors, and they will have to do the work and the rehab funds they escrow will be distributed to them as they prove completion of specific jobs.

I’m under the impression that I’m a double closing that you would need funds upfront to cover the cost of buying the property from the seller then going back to the end buyer and finishing that contract and that’s where you would make your profit.

We have the money for down payment and closing however we know we should have a reserve fund for some of the repairs that need to be addressed right away and in the future.
