@Aaron LovettI really don't think the owner/agent title would add a substantial amount of value to my deals....I only figured it would give me a "heads up" on the competition to be aware of deals prior to them being listed on the MLS; however, I think I can accomplish the same by developing solid relationships with having a great realtors on my team.
