I think it's not that bad, but I've run it by others and everyone seems to agree: it's ugly.I think if we just removed the mansard roof and painted over the outdated colors (including brick), it would look much better.

And gazillion other HOA rules preventing on renting, parking, what to keep on balcony, what color curtains and on and on and on.

I can use more colorful language, but that will get me banned for BP permanently, and I kinda like this place...

I give them my email, phone, eye color, birthdate, blood type, DNA sample, and still no response.Is it me or is this feature just not working???

If it appeals to you then it may very well work for potential renters with the exception to decor .. staying with neutral colors doesn't always have to be used , instead try decorating with native decor .

The house has nothing that grabs the eye, a very basic combination of colors, the window look like the windows of a starter home.

I took the course years ago and passed it with flying colors.

I understand and have high value on flow, texture, space, color, end user/consumer, and general aesthetic.
