If you're ordering materials, and they are on site, that's a 40-60 hrs, depending how fast your workers are.

BUT I know of a contractor who has worked that area and has done a job for us that took way longer than necessary because he put us at the bottom of his priorities and kept stringing us along, so a 60-day job reached 90+ days and still incomplete.
