I show 8252 Wisconsin Street Apartments, and then I list the units (indenting) as a subclass of the building.In the Customer Center you enter your Rental Property as a Customer = Header.

We stress "we want you to be happy, and this is a 2-way street"  to all our tenants, essentially if you want to  complain-- get out.. in a nice, very PC way!

Lots of street parking, so that's nice :). 

I basically posted a NO Trespass sign and also filled out the form and put a copy on the entry to the people that were issues.. they never came back Do A  Crime Free / Drug Free Addendum to your tenants..  

Who cares if you're the only rental...it's much better to be on an owner-occupied street than one full of only rental houses!

Oahu, and the rental is in Diamond Head, on a unique street above Kapiolani  Park.

He was paying a guy across the street $75/month to shovel snow, mow the lawn, and pick up trash around the building.

I can't buy down the street but that similar property has appreciated as well.  

The buyer the property manager has brought owns another duplex on the same street and the manager also manages property for that owner and would then continue to manage the same property and so would get a commission without interrupting the property management fees.
