Properties with your criteria may be hard to find.

I don't know the particular company you referenced, but all of the criteria sounds nearly identical to what a number of other companies are doing wherein they have you fill out an application and then use your information to apply to various credit card companies on your behalf.

We do a lot of business in both, so know the different pros & cons of each.What are your acquisition criteria?

I just think it's funny how some people (not the OP or anyone in this thread specifically), like to romanticize the "free market" until it effects them in a negative way personally.

The houses I have been looking at that meet this criteria go for around 400k-460k.

As for learning, what specifically are you interested in?

and work on a team that specifically helps people with their investments/strategies on all levels.
