I certainly can't speak for all banks, but if you insist on going small loan commercial you're likely to find the best bet at the smallest banks you can find. maybe a credit union.

Generally speaking the deductibles will be either 2% - 5% although through some brokering companies I have seen them as high as 10%, but the deductible will generally need to either meet or exceed your all peril deductible (AOP) of $2,500.
