Anyway, I saw a Lorex 8 camera NVR system today at the costco and thought that would calm down some nerves but I know me and it's going to really make me angry and stressed constantly because my tenants are inept and would be breaking a new house rule every other day, smoking indoors, bungee jumping off the roof, throwing firecrackers at cars, urinating in the front yard while spinning in circles etc and I'd be right there at the camera watching it and letting my blood pressure go through the roof, also I would be on the only house on the block with cameras and the police would be hitting me up nonstop every time another house on the block was broken into asking for footage because none of the other landlords here want cameras for the exact same reason.

You could be hustling to make this property work and walking away with $10,000 a year, which may not be enough to justify the workload or stress.

And your equally uneducated friends will tell you things like: - that's a bad rate- I got this rate (not understanding they paid $8k in points to get it)- This person took care of me/didn't take care of me- This company is garbage and didnt answer my questions or didn't communicate enoughAt this point, you might get apprehensive and feel overwhelmed and stressed about the home buying process - not to mention being influenced by your friends and family with their incorrect and misinterpreted information.

I know a lot of people with a lot of doors that are destroying their quality of life with extra work and stress.

I can't manage this much, let alone the stress of being a landlord and living next to the tenants. 

We could have avoided so much stress and money pitfalls if we had just lined up the deal better on the front end.

Over time, it's much more likely to be less expensive and it will definitely be less stressful. 

When I stress DTI, High interest rates, etc...Cashflow is the bottom line for me. 

Replacing A/C units kills cash flow and the stress about it might be stolen later.

The final trial is coming up July 27th, 2022 and I want to make sure I have my bases covered so that I can properly evict this person and move on from this stressful chapter of my life.
