We have been making it 1.5 years with no W2 job and are scraping by with a combination of sfr rentals, a very small business and airbnb rooms in our home.We are currently refurbing house #8 and once we get that done in a couple months should have enough income to live on and start setting aside cap ex and other rental expenses that should be set aside but have been spent.I see us stopping at about 12 sfr homes and shutting down our small business in about 5 years and probably continuing our airbnb efforts.

Juanita is the same person that has been posting crap and has been shut down twice over the past few days.

Military bases are great as well but if they are ever shut down the surrounding areas can get hit pretty hard.

ANYTHING can shut down for all sorts of reasons.

We have control of the house back as I had reports from the neighbors he moved out and he also text messaged me he left as well as was shutting off the utilities - so per the attorney that was justifiable enough to change the locks.So - some of the damage I was aware of due to a couple inspections on the house - last time I was in it was April - This house was immaculate from top to bottom and I'd finished it in high end finishes as this was the house my wife/I lived in and as I continued my RE career in Wichita I wanted it to be a show piece to other folks I'd do business with I knew what I was doing. 

The neighbors contacted the city, the city has sent me fines and gave me a notice to shut off my utilities (since they are city controlled).

Try calling them and see the choice words they use in shutting you down. 

I know people who grew up getting scolded for leaving the light on, I would rather focus my time on expanding my means so I can leave the light on instead of worrying whether we shut the light off.

He includes utilities in the rent so that if you stop paying rent, he shuts the utilities off.

Just keep your mouth shut and mind your own business and you’ll be fine.
