I've been learning a bit, but I know I have so much more to learn and nothing beats real life. 

Depends on where you are in your investment life cycle- i.e.

Too many other cool things to do in life... 

Without exaggeration, it has changed my life beyond what I could describe here.  

I've learned more and more that real estate is a life long game and patience is key.  

I have been investing in the stock market for as long as I can remember and my second read of Rich Dad, Poor Dad made me deeply revisit what I want in this life.

I have more local knowledge about Toledo than I care to admit. but aside from being born and raised there, most of the employment I had early in life had me out and about, and Ive lived in just about every area and still have relatives and close friends that live in every area.

I have learned so much and am ready to jump in and change my and my family's life through real estate.

Look in the mirror and ask yourself if you're truly living a life that makes you extremely happy. 

You only buy one set of locks and you are good for life.
