The training has been tremendous and after a few months doing it I feel like I already have a ton of knowledge of my local real estate market, that's not to say I don't still have plenty to learn, but the progress has been awesome.

Get rid of them, clean the places up, put them back on the market at current market rates, and find well-screened tenants to place under your lease with your rules.Any attempt to "train" the tenant to your policies will be seen as an intrusion and they will resent you.

The majority of the time they are a major time suck that doesn't lead anywhere, especially if the agent isn't equipped to handle what they need, or at least think they need.What she needs to do is get some training under her belt and come up with what exactly it is she wants to do in the business.

I want to go somewhere is not near specific enough...should you take a boat, plane, walk, car, train... 

It has taken me about 3 years to get here from when I first started working with an appraiser in KC.First, I want to say that even though I was a Realtor for 3 years before starting, appraiser training is HARD and has a steep learning curve.
