@Ben Clayton  I always try to be positive and give more solutions, rather than accentuate problems - I regret to say I think you're going to struggle a bit on this.  

I'm looking for solutions during a slide and have only come up with bonds so far...is there anything else that appreciates during an asset downturn???

Our standard policy for all our properties has been that all adults age 18 and over who will reside in the home must apply, be approved, and be a signer on the lease.

Hello BP community,It recently occurred to me the value I can contribute and solutions that can be found in relation to good quality general contracting work that will be up to code and pass any inspection.

If it's your primary residence and your debt-to-income ratio is good/great, then that's a high rate.

The HOA restrictions specifically say that "Pets must be kept in a manner that does not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of residents of other lots" and one of the terms of the lease is that the tenant abides by the HOA restrictions.How would you handle this if it continues after you warn the tenant, and the neighbor keeps complaining?
