Hence, pain in people's butt if they get stolen because now you have trash piling up, and rats come in, etc etc. 

I think the basic psychology problem is everyone from the same consciousness has a similar thought process: they're working for the same company and they're buying/renting in the same neighborhood.

For example Co-Ops are typical in NY and are a pain to deal with for the buyer/renter/bank.When you buy a condo you want to make sure it is a warrantable condo and pay close attention to the reserve accounts. 

If you can find their pain point and solve their problem you can get a better deal then you would from buying on MLS. 

I need a favor, doing a house in Phoenix and need windows like yesterday.They are the pain windows, hard metal frames up to bricks on the inside and outside stucco to them.I was told to leave the frames in and cut out the center and buy windows with a fin for the outside and trim out the inside.I need them like ASAP. 

I decided to find something where I can deal with the pain.
