Hey BP community I recently had a fire inspector come out and say I needed to have my fire escape ladder inspected by a professional on my commercial building. 

Just right now I would like to network with anybody that lends money before I find a deal.

I would highly recommend leaving electrical and plumbing work to professionals, and your area may even require work to be done by licensed professionals.
