Here in the smokies, people did great last year doing this…so far this year i think it has dried up very quickly. 

I have worked with agents that needed help filling out the description of the property (example of the bad ones)I'm not an agent but I can only imagine low price properties are MORE time consuming than a luxury home.

We learned to rely on our network to find the right people for the type of work we needed.
