Im interested in buying a couple of 55+ homes. What are some pros and cons of owning them? Have you seen any fluctuation of the vacancy in different seasons? 

since my final goal is cash flow.I always wondered what people are doing in case their rental property gained a lot of equity, and of course, it also depends on if I have a better place to park the money.

This will include all the zoning research and figure out the best way to get the most units on the property (and more importantly get the required parking).Thirdly, If the builder is saying its going to be poor cash flow this might be dead in the water already.

Even properties near the home parks are low compared to what you would find in SoCal or the UK.

I never knew how much different apartments and mobile home parks differ from single family homes when it comes to insurance.
