@Mike A. you should be able to look it up in the tax records to find out the owner. 

The county/city tax records show how much the actual past due taxes are. 

You should still be able to get this even if the properties are not in an LLC, if you qualify but there are strict record-keeping requirements you will want to know about right away.

Never heard of an LO with no end date.Was it recorded? 

They can always find out after couple of months; when the deed gets recorded in county.  

Too many lists/records/partners/outsourcing etc.

The criteria selection is extensive however depending on your County I’ve found that some of the criteria isn’t covered in the records so when searching it fails to result any.

That doesn't mean that someone who hasn't taken a deal full cycle or even completed a deal isn't competent, they just don't have a track record to show that they are competent.
