Is anyone looking for cash flowing portfolios in Canton/Akron/Cleveland?

I've owned a couple rental condos that I sold in years past, but I've never dealt with the sale of an apartment building so I'm pretty new to this.

Hi,I recently ( yesterday :-} ) sold my rental unit (doing a 1031x). 

I've run the numbers on homes in our price range within a 3hr drive radius of our zip and they just don't make sense as rental units.I'm fluent in Spanish so other than the financing problem maintaining a rental in Costa Rica vs another market in the USA that requires a flight is fairly comparable from my perspective.Its funny because buying a sub 70k house anywhere in the US would be so easy for us.

Any advice from a long-term STR/Rental Arbitrage investor?  

A lot of online "applications" through popular sites like Zillow or others will either redact this or will delete the application.... not idea.

Could you let me know which resources or websites you've been utilizing to discover these types of deals online?

Renovated all apartments, converted M2M tenants to annual leases, instituted strict rental criteria, implemented online payment portal, invested $75,000 into leasehold improvements (HVAC, drainage, exterior paint, concrete.)
