You can model it on a spreadsheet based on the info the lender says, or you can rely the shortcut of looking for a table online, but it might not be fully accurate.

Hi @Kyle Knowles  NJ is mainly online for real estate classes right now. 

It would be helpful managementwise to set up the door hardware to be a digital lock that the tenants pay for the code for the week online.
