Aside from making deposits, most of my expenses are auto pay and made through my online banking.  

But you don't need Legal Zoom to create the LLC, you can do that online mass.gov for just the filing fee. 

Hey everyone, I’m completely new to the investing game and am looking for some advice before I sink my money into a property.

I know I am a little late in the game here in Columbus but I am looking to get into either multifamily buy and rent and or single family buy fix and sell. 

He finds heirs usually are out of state, far away, and often uninterested to take over, so often, he buys at a good price.Now, this is a long game, your involved with the property for long periods, unlike a flip, where you come in, you find a buyer, you're gone.

I’ve had the idea of house hacking my first investment, Just to get a feel  and some skin in the game.  

It consists of a 4600 sq. ft. house and shop/game room building that I am converting to an ADU.

I have already called the Clerk of Courts (28 minutes on hold) and also searched their online tool.

However, I use this computer for recreation too, such as video games.

They have more skin in the game then you do.Make sure you get clear title.
