I can tell you're excited William, but here's a few reasons agents don't get involved in SF and L/Os.The agents want to get paid, they are paid on sales, not leases, but either party can pay a fee, usually the L/O is kinda thin so the Realtor may go hungry.Many RE Brokers don't allow it due to the liability.

Even though she isn’t directly responsible for this repair they will have to shut her sewer off and do some type of reconnection that I’m not clear on at this point, so it involves her but apparently she isn’t responsible for sharing much (if any) of the cost.

A couple of FRBOs said they may be interested but they said they will not deal with "an agency or company", "only if it's for me", some want to check credit and they want to know where you work or how many people will live in the house and some say no third party involved.

What I have not done, put vinal siding on, never laid formica, never cut granite, not a cabinet maker but I built inset boxes/cabinets, never did log siding or logs, no real slick concrete finish, no foam insulation work, no hvac except ducts hung, and other odds n ends, so lots I never did.

Again, not to speak for everyone or try to "start anything", but personally I'd love to get involved with homes but the ease of entry, or lack of barrier makes it much easier for the cash strapped to get involved in mobile homes.
