I am most concerned about the W2 income.

I just put in an offer for a very small mobile home park 10 spaces. 

In this process, we removed family member from the deed (quit claim) so that I now have ownership and mortgage fully in my name.I want to pay this family member as soon as possible but concerned how this transfer of funds will be taxed. 

I’m currently speaking with attorneys, but I want to know if anyone has been through an eviction process concerning an illegal and uninhabitable unit?

My biggest concern is that it doesn't appear as though you are setting aside reserves in your expenses.

I don't know if this has been touched on yet but candidly I, for my business,  wouldn't be too concerned about the the price per unit and more concerned about the delivery and warranty items.

I’ve been working with a company while gettIng my property rent ready but have held off signing a contract due to a few concerns.

I also have concerns with land-lording and potential problems it brings.

difficult to find a reasonable deal by using THE 2% RULE and THE 50% RULE.I concerned I'm missing a lot of potentials deals.How do you filter deals?
