Does anyone with that kind of mentality ever get anywhere past those first three units or so, or are they all just meat for the REI "industry support" grinder?

My initial MAO was about 40k but with things the way they are right now I would be comfortable bumping it up to 50k but still a pretty big spread to 70k needed to pay it off and honestly, I would need some meat on the bone as it is a heavier rehab, at least for me. 

I don’t think there’s enough meat on the bone for an investor to pursue in my opinion. 

This is a pretty "powerful" technique when you look at it, but its too 'advanced' for me and this sort of deal doesn't quite exist around me, at least not that I've found.

Is there enough meat on the bone.

I believe Sub-To will be a tool in the toolbelt and it's maybe the most accessible to me at the start.

As for numbers, everyone runs them differently, but make sure there is enough meat on the bone for the next guy.

Context: I own a small condo in a 3 condo unit, which I'm currently renting out. 3rd floor owner texts me at least twice a week for small nuisances about the tenants that bother only her (2nd floor owner hasn't complained once).
