I've dug around and talked to a few window people to get estimates and it seems like each installer is trying to sell me on a different brand and I'm trying to understand the differences and advantages of each.

If you decide to buy a property like this you probably need to buy it cheaper, get multiple quotes, and talk to contactors in person.

Best to give guests privacy and alone time rather than spend time with strangers who may or not be to their liking but if people are desperate and not have much money this idea may appeal
