@Darsh Patel  Section 8 (Housing Choice Voucher Program) is a federal program; however, it's administered at the local (county) level. 

I really like triplexes and larger units like six units.

I will put a little more thought into that, I think what I am doing now is probably similar and I am looking into creating a larger knowledge base.
