Don't ask a builder for his referrences so much, they may give you his cousin and brother-in-law.Talk to your bank about construction financing and who they like to work with, who comes in on budget and on time.There should be a Home Builder's Association in your area, investigate who the members are and their standing.

There should be an immediate investigation into how many other banks are currently taking advantage of this artificial scheme to manipulate and misrepresent their cap ratio, and just why the New York Fed can claim it had no idea of this very critical component of the Shadow Economy.

The homeowner got a letter from the sherrif stating they had six months to buy it back for the amount the property was sold for, plus taxes+fee's etc and is now investigating that on their own.Anyhow, any information is appreciated.

I know home warranties put bandage, but in the past, I have used them as Emergency fix and then called reputable contractors to investigate further.And yes, I am open to suggestions on what companies you use and what was biggest expense you claimed!

Also, lead is not that concerning, it affects majorly children who are on their developing stage and it takes an enormous amount of lead to get lead poisoning, so if I was to do a job, i’ll do it in a manner where i’ll meet minimum just to avoid penalties.There is a grey area on abatement, if the job is really small, and you hire someone like a local dump guy aka Demolition Call 555-1234 from Home Depot lot, once it hits the curb, their responsible, however, you will not have the chain of custody report which the epa will look in case of investigations.
