Hello everybody,I wanted to know if anybody had a good reference for a general contractor for general rehab to a property which can include interior/exterior of the property? 

Did a complete interior reno (new windows, doors, wall texture, paint, base, case, redesigned bathroom w/ all new fixtures, new kitchen w/ all new appliances, new flooring, paint, fans, lights), and new roofHouse  appraised about 100k over purchase price, allowing me to see inf% cash-on-cash return on this one.

Not much change in the exterior (be pics below), but the interior and backyard is completely updated!

Interior finishes, paint, front door, landscaping, windows?

In my case, I really want to replace my cabin's vinyl with exterior split-log siding, but have only enough to finish the interior.

As a guy, my specialty is not interior decorating but after a trip to IKEA it seems like it could be a one stop shop?

If it is in good condition interiorly, and this truly is a good deal, how would you guys work this?

Lenders are telling me that an interior appraisal is required.
