Summer internships in the offices of real estate and/or mortgage firms wouldn't be a horrible idea.

Robert Kiyosaki is pretty firm on this, and it resonates with much of the literature and opinions you will see flying around bigger pockets. - Owning a primary (particularly in these high-cost areas) comes with a whole load more expenses.

A really evil junk debt buyer bought a debt I already paid through a debt consolidation firm that has since gone out of business.
