I am currently taking my first steps in to the RE game.

In most cases, tenants will disappear when they receive the Pay or Quit Notice and realize you're not going to play games.

I am not a CPA, but that was how I was advised.If you can't find more homes to buy, sell the whole portfolio, refi your house and buy some commercial properties. ;)

Looking for recommendation of brokers in South Jersey who specialize in working with investors looking to build a real estate portfolio.
