As others have stated, it I very common to have a full time job and get involved in real estate investing.

Or wanna be home buyers - just had another one tonight - who flat out tell you they have bad credit and then want you to loan them money for their primary home with $3k down on a $100k home.I think it's much more common in commercial and investment financing for someone to be able to get a No Money down deal if they have good credit and long-term relationships or a great track record of success.

You may not be ready to invest away from where you live and that is okay but in my opinion this would be an extremely risky investment.Best of luck.

It has worked extremely well for me.

Check the common halls, basement, utilities.

It is very common (at least in my area--SC) for multiple offers to be present on Freddie Mac homes.
