Rohan it depends on what you are trying to purchase.If by multifamily you mean 2 to 4 unit type properties for a few hundred K I couldn't help there as it's not my area of focus.I transact larger properties.So an example might be to say for instance ( I am looking for 50 doors at 50,000 a door for 600 in rent per unit, no landlord paid utilities, in a quality area. 8 cap at 2,200,000 at 25% down is 550,000.
