There is an opportunity in a town about an hour away from us. 

My wife is a RE Agent and a new build in a different part of town in Dell Valle development (master planned community) has caught our eye.

My fiance and I live in it most of the time but try to rent it out on weekends we are out of town.

I even explored the posibility of selling a kidney.Be carful most new investors fail not because they can not buy the property they fail because they do not have the cash reserves to carry the property.

In Sunnyvale or Mountain View that will get you a 3 bedroom nice town home but a single family home west of central expressway is no longer an option.

We do have county sewer service but it is limited, for now, to the towns.

Find people in your home town that are successful and learn from them.

Great Idea Emanuel, investing as a concept is very hot right now,  there are more Guru's coming to town then circuses at this point. 

Basically I have a seller who’s selling his house, I spoke with him a couple of times even got to see the house in person, he has a tenant there and said he has an offer already but he’s still exploring his options.

My husband and I moved away from Seattle (he had never lived outside of the hot Seattle neighborhood of Ballard) to a smaller town (20k people) two counties north.
