Not everyone prioritizes cash flow at all times

Everyone says pull "absentee owner" pull "tax delinquent" pull "tired landlord" and the list goes on.

2-3 years ago, everyone was coming out of Covid quarantine and they were spending money on anything vacation wise. numbers now are settling back to normal, but prices on properties havent rightsized yet

@Rick PozosNot everyone follows the rules when STR'S are banned and sometimes existing ones have a period of time to shutdown.If not enforced some people will run the risk till penalties or worse are enacted.

Taxes are everyone's biggest expense of their lives, and if we can change people's situations by finding ways to get them savings, it can truly change lives.
