Hello everyone, I recently attended a CRE course in my area and the education was absolutely fantastic. 

A good job that stems from education, whether it's college or a trade school or an apprenticeship is in order. 

@Carol Rivers , first i would suggest you get your self more education. podcasts and books. 

The education I received through the podcast was invaluable in giving me the knowledge and confidence to do the first deal.

I plan on doing that today.

So glad you've already plugged into the Bigger Pockets podcast - that was a huge source of education for me when I first started.If you haven't already, I would recommend finding a real estate agent that you trust, and also start talking to lenders (banks, mortgage brokers, credit unions, etc.)
