This is a retail price and the best way to figure out what size pump you need is to call Zoeller directly and don't ask a plumber or a plumbing wholesaler because they don't know.

I don't think 55k is a small amount and with proper due diligence and searching, you can put that money to good use and see it grow over time.

I do have a direct lender with 80% LTV if I have a deal with 95% occupancy and DSCR 1.2. 

Anything within 4 hours of NYC in any direction could be considered.
