You should not put more than 20% of your money in any one deal - in case that deal goes badI was reading some posts elsewhere yesterday where people were taking out $50k advances on credit cards at 0% to invest in a syndication which went under.

Just look at Friday traffic heading north out of Massachusetts.

I have always preferred to use an agent to rent out my BK units, as I find renters that are paying the fee are more likely to stay for longer durations, and be better qualified tenants.
