And I took one closet and converted it to a private writing space with a granite desktop and custom cabinetry.I also added complimentary coffee and tea, enough for three days.On occasion I offer free tickets to movies, Moody Gardens, restaurant certificates, etc based on length of stay.Little things like that set my property apart from the others and I pretty much stay booked year round.

I was able to identify that property for acquisition because I've built a computer program that allows me to pull data from the county website and identify properties that should be targeted for further due diligence.

Sometimes you can find the "Teacher's Edition" that will have answers and points to stress that will help in self study.Anyone with a high school reading ability can get through it just fine, if you have a question you can ask here.This is basic bookkeeping, I suggest this over a computer system approach as you'll learn more accounting I'd think, a better understanding of the underlying reasons as to why we do things the way we do.

I'm currently using Office 2007 and thinking of upgrading.Office 365 looks good cause it is always up-to-date and is allowed on up to 5 computers, but it is a recurring cost.Office 2013 looks good cause it is a one time cost, but will eventually become outdated and is allowed on only one computer.I figure this is a REI relevant question cause I'm sure almost everybody here uses Word, Excel and possibly Outlook.
