As a new business owner, that's the most dangerous thing you can do.

With the guru explosion in the past 15 or so years (they were around way befor that) the marketing aspects of RE really changed.

I feel as if this is dangerous in that during that time, they can change their mind or get other offers.

If the storage tenant kept dangerous chemicals, explosives, etc. there you, of course, will have significant liability particularly if you do this in violation of law.

I'm leery of multi family units given the explosion of high rise apartments all over the city.
