I am looking to connect with someone who is very familiar with the LaSalle University area in Philly and student housing. 

I am a part-time college student with a part-time job, and little to no clue on how all of this works.

Even though things are going great, i find my self struggling with the never ending student loan payments and at the same time me and my fiancé are  wanting to start a family and start  saving for our future.

Currently a 3rd year business student in British Columbia with an avid interest in real estate.October 2014, I made my first real estate purchase and I was probably crazy to do it but it's been a year and I'm already looking to do it again.

It was a single family in Ewing, NJ which is currently rented out to college students.

I am currently studying at Kelley in Bloomington, IN, and I would love to network and learn as much as I can. I want to increase my knowledge of real estate because I want to try and work on some deals as soon as I can. 

I have realized that many of my fellow students don't know about real estate and its numerous possibilities.

Recently purchased a student rental literally five houses off campus.
