Hello BP members, hope all is well.I would like to get opinions on bandit signs for generating wholesale lead?

I have about 30 years of construction management and I held a real estate broker license for about 30 years and I might sound opinionated but I'm speaking from my knowledge and my heart about this. 

Just wanted some opinions on this. 

@Alexander Schnidt There's a lot of differing opinions out there on what and where is best.

People are over paying for these houses (in my opinion) and hoping for appreciation. 

This is just my opinion.

but in my opinion and I have been working in the asset class for 2 decades now and owned close to 500 of these.. if you have this issue now there is a high likelihood of repeat offenses..Many times the tenants themselves will take the items or hand the keys to their cousin who strips the home.. 

I include a line in the purchase offer:Seller acknowledges that buyers agent is a member of XYZ LLCIn my opinion that discloses everything that needs to be disclosed.
