When that happens you run into all kinds of crap like this.

The thing that gets to me is when Slobbo start piling up his Amazon boxes right next to the boiler or furnace, or his crap blocks access to the electric service panel.Slobbo always looks like he has profoundly special needs when you point it out to him, staring back at you with less expression than a corpse's. 

When the crap hits the fan, like around now, you're sitting pretty with income from your rental properties, some stocks and bonds, and of course 1 year of emergency savings in an FDIC insured account paying at least 2%.Then again, what do I know..

Especially once you get used to consistent exercise and healthy eating (NOT a diet, just a lifestyle) you will definitely notice a HUGE difference if you stop exercising or starting eating crap again.

Then "progressiveness" hit and the police do nothing about the bums, there are piles of trash literally 10+ feet high, rats running all over the place, human crap and used needles on the streets, homeless camps across the street from million dollar condos, and diseases infecting people.

Learn the crap out of the market you want to invest (which should be free) Use remainder advertising of place in bank to start saving for down payements

Well, I don't want to "touch my savings," so I buy the shiny crap that I want on credit cards. 

I'd stand in the middle of the float in a Santa suit with a police megaphone and have four big old boys in elf costumes pounding the crap out of bass drums on the corners.

I ate crap for 10yrs and this took discipline but I knew what the end results would be. 

You should wait until you have a few more years under your belt before putting crap like that on a website.;-) You've embarrassed yourself.In fact,your advice is soooo baddddd  I'd delete the account and start a new one.
