I have one with 13 mobile homes that are all set up , with a 10x 12 covered deck , concrete driveway , with all appliances.

It is astounding to me how many of you know so little about this.It is so hard for you all to believe that this is real no matter how much concrete proof I provide YET you all EAGERLY believe that the foreclosure list, absentee owner list and all that crap works even when your own numbers say differently.Absolutely astounding! 

So having proper pouring of concrete for the foundation is very important.

I wish I could give you a better and more concrete advice.

I have concrete evidence that proves this.Honestly it is irrelevant how many clients you have doing 3 billion deals.If one deal cost them 3K / lead, it is horrible.

But I really think you need to get a plan going first and evaluate that plan and then make your choice on concrete data and then tackle your business model.You need to first answer the question: "Why am I doing DMM and not anything else?"
