I keep portable AC units for tenants to borrow, so are using one of those to cool the bedroom.I have at least 20 trees down at one property with land and they missed the house but landed on my storage building. 

My only roadblock is there is a deed restriction that states "No use of said property pursuant to rental agreement (oral, written, or otherwise) or other landlord - tenant relationship.

If we resided in a property for 20 months in the last 5 years, does the IRS consider a "partial" capital gains tax exemption?

I am looking to invest in a rental property in SC it could be commercial or residential.

Not sure if you are looking to get into the PM business or just renting a property you own, but contracts is the only thing I would contact an attorney for.

Does anyone know anything about buying a rental property to use as an Oxford House.

I am new to self-managing, but I haven't dealt with any eviction at all through former property managers either. 

I'm looking at a few prospective property managers for when the time comes.
