You can pick up Tradewinds proper for the $100k mark too if you keep an eye out, though they've been higher recently.

Like I said I feel pretty comfortable with the deal right now just want some input from others that have gone through the process.Obviously I would utilize an attorney who specializes in Business Brokerages to facilitate the transfer, as I want to ensure it is done properly.

You may request that your new manager explain how they will assist in this transition.Most importantly, make sure the move in checklist is properly transferred and that there is no confusion regarding transfer of deposit.It's great you are being so diligent! 

Are the brokerages good at getting new agents going by giving them the proper training and mentorship?

If you can find a property that needs work and buy it at a price that will instantly build equity after rehabbed then finance it properly, you should be able to cash flow.

The writ of possession will then allow the lender to properly evict the tenant and take possession of the property.
