Since millennials seem to favor renting over buying, as well as the trend towards ‘remote working’ --- are ‘luxury rentals’ the wave of the future?

Just curious on where trends are going I guess.Appreciate the feedback!

The McMansions are trending down a bit (at least around here), and instead we are seeing more reasonable-sized rooms, with the "saved" space going to utility.

Try to buy in upward trending markets and of course remember the golden rule of real estate investing: you make money when you BUY real estate!!!

I attempt to make it to all events like these because they are great for both networking and education to better grow our investing business with the latest products, designs, and trends to get flips sold faster because new construction for my area is often direct competition for rehabbing.

However, if you have not noticed, the trend in our Country's socialist downside is to stick it to the property owners for the good of the collective.

I was fortunate to buy my first real estate after the crash in 09 and my house has appreciated 40%, so I'm not going to go out and get 100% financing on a bunch of stuff right this second speculating the upward trend will forever continue. 

You're basically opening up an insurance brokerage at that point.You could incorporate a "captive insurance" tactic to save on taxes and provide insurance.
