You have to know how to analyze properties so you can get a property that is a deal for an investor.

That doesn't mean there aren't good deals out there, but nowhere near as many as there used to be.

With interest rates where they're at right now, we're starting to notice the margins on deals not making sense, unless you're getting into the right asset. 

It's a standard cost of doing business for them.
