If you ended up getting burned by the risk overall your time in that trade has negative value....so not adjustment necessary.Paul's post is fantastic!

We had $99 first month rent and were burned more often than not, yes screening etc. was still done, but those specials led to more problems.Know your market and cater a special to that.

If that didn't pan out, check with local engineering firms {not the {inter}national giants} ... often there are drafting technicians at these companies who freelance.
